Terms of service

The agreement between you and Voxara

Effective 9 September 2026.

These terms cover the Voxara app, the web app, the Developer Portal and voxaraspace.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the Community Guidelines.

2. Your account

3. Your content

4. Spaces, moderation and enforcement

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Voxara to break the law, to harm people, or to interfere with the service. In particular do not: attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use; probe, scan or overload the service; circumvent rate limits, bans or other restrictions; distribute malware; scrape or harvest people's data; or automate the service other than through bots and webhooks as described in the Developer Terms. The Community Guidelines set out what is expected of everyone.

6. Bots, webhooks and the API

Anyone can build bots and webhooks. They act under the account that created them, they carry a BOT mark everywhere, and their creator is responsible for what they do. The Developer Terms apply.

10. Disclaimers

Voxara is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content posted by other people is accurate, lawful or safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Voxara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or £50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use Voxara after that means you accept them. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
