Inviting people to a Voxara space

One link, one click to join.

The invite link

Open the space menu and choose Invite people. The dialog shows the space's link, in the form voxaraspace.com/invite/CODE, with a Copy button. Anyone with the link can join; opening it in a browser shows the space's name and member count with a Join button that opens the app.

Sending it to a friend

The same dialog lists your friends who are not in the space yet. Press Send next to a name and the link goes to them as a direct message. In Voxara, the link shows up as an invite card with a Join button rather than a bare address.

Joining from a code

The last part of the link is the invite code. If someone gives you just the code, press the compass button at the top of the sidebar and paste it; a full link works there too.

Resetting the link

Space settings, Invite link, Reset invite link. The old link stops working immediately; members already in the space are unaffected. Do this if a link ended up somewhere public.

Being found

Space settings has a Discoverable switch. Discoverable spaces appear on the Discover page with their name and description, so people can find and join them without an invite. Leave it off for a private group.
